OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK:
To complete a number of projects to completely renovate the apartment in Benidorm.
To remove the interior walls of the kitchen, terrace. Also remove the main bedroom wardrobe and bathroom utilities
ready for the new installation.
To remove all the existing mains box plugs switches and wiring, ready for the complete new installation. To install two
ceiling fans for the lounge and in the bedroom, three triple spots for the kitchen x 2 and bathroom, low light breakfast bar
and three strip lights below the kitchen units. Terrace wall light and two reading lights either side of the bed
To increase the voltage from 3.5KW to 5.7KW and the electric certificate to the apartment.
To Install the new bath + shower/ tap with central opening 160cm shower doors, sink unit / mirrored vanity unit and toilet
in the bathroom and the new 100L electric water heater and sink + tap in the Kitchen.
To install a storage cupboard in the bedroom 260cm x 60cm x 60cm with four white sliding aluminium doors.
To build a storage cupboard with five shelves and a double half opening door in white mate grey handles
200cm X 80cm X 60cm.
To build a wardrobe in the bathroom to hold the washing machine and the dryer units next to them storage shelves and
20cm long holding box. 160 cm X 180cm x 60cm.
To build on the terrace a white storage wardrobe in white aluminium in three sections two with hanging rails and other
with shelves (206cm X 60cm x 250cm) three sliding doors.
To build a white wall mounted hanging sliding interior door 72cm standard mate handle.
To re-tile the floor of the apartment 55 M/2 in tiles 65cm X 65 cm the kitchen 16 M/2 bathroom 18M/2 + 5M/2 cuts 39M/2
Total over all 95M/2.
To build a wall in the bedroom under the new storage cupboards. The other areas where walls have been removed and
electric boxes installed to re-plaster and Art-tex to leave these areas the same where possible. To paint the whole
apartment in white interior mate white plastic paint (washable).
Granite Kitchen with Domestic items-
To install a complete granite kitchen in gloss white doors chrome bar handles with designed breakfast bar as designed
Air conditioning unit-
To install a unit of hot and cold air for the one bedroom apartment.
We had a complete renovation of our one bedroom apartment, Peter and his team tore out walls to put in a new high
end customized kitchen, built in new custom closets in a totally new bathroom to hold our washing machine and dryer
so utilising the most room possible. We were in the UK and Holland during the renovation and corresponding through
whatsapp pictures, email and Skype conversations we were seeing all the work being completed so completely
reducing the worry of the project. Peter was responsive to all our comments and made changes as we asked. He
completed the project on time and within the agreed upon budget. Overall, we were very impressed with Peter’s
professionalism, his local connections to suppliers, his attention to details and to completing the work as we wished.
We can highly recommend Peter as a lead contractor, even to people not living in the area.
He was great to work with.

OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK: To complete a number of projects to renovate the apartment.
Preparation- First to remove the items and furniture, which is not required To remove the boarder tile throughout the
apartment. To remove the utilities of the main bathroom and hot water tank. To remove the two doors and wardrobe within
the apartment and the small window in the bedroom.
Floor Tiling- To prepare the complete floor of the apartment for re-tiling 45m/2. The tiles are 45cm x 45cm and boarder tile
44M/lineal so creating a complete finish to the floor.
Wall tiling- To prepare the walls in the kitchen 7M/2 and bathroom 18M/2 of the apartment for re-tiling (tile on tile) 25m/2.
The tiles are 20cm x 40cm so creating a complete finish to the walls
Re-skimming- All the walls and ceilings throughout the apartment that have the wood effect are to be prepared and re-
skimmed so leaving a smooth surface and a perfect finish. 155M/2 .
Painting- To paint completely the walls and ceilings in white plastic mate interior paint. 155M/2
Electrics- To remove the existing fuse box, wiring, switches and plugs throughout the apartment. Once completed to
restore the universal boxes, re-wire to the new electrical plan and install new plugs and switches 18€ for each point
22points. By the front door, install a new surface mounted fuse box with the correct fuses relating to the new installation (no
bulletin o changing of the mains cable outside the apartment, as we are working with the same electrical input No upgrade
Bathroom- Once all the utilities have been removed we will then re-tile the bathroom as stated above and install a new
toilet sink/ tap and mirror and a complete shower with tray, glass panel 100cm x 80cm telephone shower with tap. Also on
the back wall, we will install a new 50L water boiler.
Carpentry- To build a complete double sliding fitted wardrobe in the same colour as the interior doors where possible ,
The wardrobe 180cm wide x 65cm deep x 240cm high will have top two double doors outward opening storage units. Also
with two units both with hanging bars and one unit with three shelves at the base the other with a set of four draws at its
base. Each unit with its own sliding door to form the front of the wardrobe. (mirror sliding door optional price not included)
To install two interior doors one in the bedroom standard door 72.5cm and the other in the bathroom internal, outside
sliding wall door fixed to its own extended frame. The doors have a Japanese style in white light red oak finish, with
stainless steel rounded handles.
We will also make in white melamine a cupboard to house the water boiler and a wardrobe 50cm x 35cm x 220cm with two
doors to hold towels.
White Aluminium Sliding Windows- To remove the existing bedroom window and re-install with a white mate sliding
aluminium window 110cm x 120cm. To remove the complete section of old grey aluminium sliding windows on the terrace
and replace with new white aluminium windows. Fixed windows on the bottom for better security and sliding windows top.
All the glass was double glazed 4+10+4 cm and with automatic shutters installed total of height 2.54m and 7m length and
with thermostatic installation to stop humidity.
Plumbing- To install a complete new water system connecting to the existing input tap. The hot and cold water system is
in standard 15cm copper piping 40m lineal + new drainage for the sink and shower tray to connect directly to the toilet.
