Finestrat has apartments near Cala de Finestrat and on the hillside below Puig Campana, many with large terraces that deserve better than builder-standard finishes.
Finestrat combines a small hillside town with a coastal area around Cala de Finestrat. Alongside the villas there are apartments in newer developments, often with big terraces and shared pools.
Flats like these tend to need an upgrade more than a rescue. The structure is generally fine, but fittings are basic, floors are standard and the terrace is rarely used to its potential.

If you want more, a layout change opens the kitchen to the living room and takes advantage of the light and the view.
Terraces
A generous terrace is often the main attraction of a flat here. We renew tiling, improve drainage, replace sliding doors and, where the community agrees, add glazing so the space can be used when the weather turns.
Close to the coast, sea air and sun wear on frames, railings and floors. Material choices make a real difference to how long the terrace stays looking good.
Because terraces affect the facade, we suggest raising proposals with the administrator early.
Holiday and permanent
Finestrat apartments are a mix of second homes, holiday lets and permanent residences, and the right specification differs. Rental flats need tough, simple finishes and efficient cooling, while owner-occupied homes can use more bespoke details.
Air conditioning is easiest to plan during the reform. We supply leading brands and route pipes and drainage neatly.
For owners based in the UK, Scandinavia, the Netherlands or Germany, we manage the project and send photos and updates by phone.
