Benissa offers old town houses, fincas in the countryside and villas along the coast. A finca can mean old pipework, rural water supplies and a lot of ground to cover, and we plan jobs with that in mind.
Few towns in the area have as wide a spread of property as Benissa. The old town has period houses, the countryside has fincas of varying age, and the coast has villas with sea views.
Each calls for a different mindset. A finca may have grown in stages, with pipework to match. An old town house has tight spaces. A coastal villa has the demands of a larger modern system.

Fincas
A finca is rarely a single build. Rooms are added, kitchens moved, outbuildings converted, and the plumbing grows in the same piecemeal way. Understanding how the water gets from the supply to each tap is the first job.
Out in the countryside, many properties use a tank or deposit rather than a direct supply. The way water is stored and moved around the house affects pressure, reliability and how the system copes with heavy use. We look at the arrangement you have and advise sensibly on improvements.
If the pipework is worn, we say whether to repair or replace, and quote for either.
Town and coast
Old town houses in Benissa have thick walls and tight layouts. Reaching a pipe may mean opening masonry, so we plan carefully and keep disturbance to what is needed.
On the coast, villas have bigger systems with several bathrooms, outdoor taps and often a pool nearby. Leaks can hide under terraces, and salty air wears at exposed fittings.
