Villas · Apartments · Albir Seafront · Hills
Alfaz del Pi and Albir mix villas on the hills with apartments close to the Albir seafront. That mix means a wide range of plumbing jobs, from small repairs to full systems in larger houses.
Few places on this coast contain such a variety of homes in a small area. Apartments along and behind the Albir seafront sit alongside villas that climb into the hills, and the plumbing needs are quite different.
A seafront flat is usually a matter of compact systems, shared walls and fittings affected by salt air. A hillside villa is a bigger system with more outdoor pipework and more variation in pressure.
Dragon Reforms covers repairs, leak detection, heaters, bathrooms, pressure, heating and renovation plumbing. The quotation is free and our work is guaranteed.
Close to the sea
Salt in the air attacks exposed metal, so valves, taps and fixings near the sea corrode earlier than those inland. In a flat that is shut up between visits, a seized valve or perished hose can go unnoticed until water appears.
Our approach is to replace what is corroded, check that isolation valves actually close and make sure you can turn the water off properly when you lock up.
We also look at the bathrooms. Older suites in seafront flats are often worth replacing rather than repairing again, and we can coordinate the tiling and finishing.
Into the hills
Villas higher up have more pipework, more bathrooms and often a garden or pool. Pressure varies with height, and long runs can mean a wait for hot water at the far end of the house.
We look at the whole arrangement. Moving a water heater closer to where hot water is used, or resizing a section of pipe, can make more difference than replacing the heater itself.
If a leak is suspected, we work methodically through the symptoms. Villa systems offer plenty of places for water to escape, and finding the right one first time saves cost and mess.
Owners abroad
Many properties in this area belong to people based in northern Europe. Staying in touch matters more than anything when you cannot visit often.
We keep the process simple: a visit, a written quotation, clear updates and tests before we leave. Photographs help when you are overseas, and we are used to working this way.
If you are planning a larger reform, we can fold the plumbing into the wider project so you deal with one team.
How it works
Contact us with a description of the problem and the property. We arrange to see it, then produce a free written quotation with the scope set out.
Work is carried out and tested, and we clean up afterwards. It is guaranteed, with the details in the quotation.

Yes. We work in both, including seafront apartments and villas in the hills.
Salt in the air affects exposed metal, and fittings in shut-up homes see less use. We replace corroded parts and check shut-off valves.
