Homes around Alfaz del Pi and Albir are often full of visitors. A good wardrobe plan caters for the family who live there and for the guests, grandchildren and rental clients who come and go.
This stretch of coast has a bit of everything: apartments close to the Albir promenade, villas set into the hills behind, and a village feel inland around Alfaz del Pi. Owners tend to host a lot. Storage that copes with changing numbers of people is more valuable here than a single large wardrobe.
One approach is to treat each bedroom as a role. The main suite gets full-height hanging and drawers, while the second and third rooms get lighter units with shelves and rails that visitors can use easily. A few hooks and a luggage ledge cost little and prevent suitcases covering the floor.

Guests
When friends or relatives stay for a week, what they need is simple: a few hangers at a usable height, one or two drawers and somewhere to keep a case open. A wardrobe stuffed with the owners' belongings does not help. We divide the interior so one section is clearly the guests' space.
We often recommend a lockable or taller section that owners can use for personal items and valuables, with open shelves beside it. If the room is double-booked with children, lower hanging rails and big drawers are easier for small hands.
Matching all the bedrooms in finish gives a house a calm, planned look, even when each unit is a different size. We can price a set, and we tell you where a simpler, cheaper unit will do the job in a seldom-used room.
Seafront
Flats here are popular as holiday homes and rentals, with bedrooms that were planned for sleeping rather than storage. Sliding doors, shallow shelves and a top box over the door frame are common solutions, and each can be sized to the room within a few millimetres.
The sea is never far away, so we apply the same care to moisture as anywhere on the coast. That means an air gap, breathable back panels and fixings that will not rust, particularly where the wardrobe sits against an outer wall.
If your flat is on a higher floor with a lift, delivery is simple. If it is in a smaller block with only stairs, we plan the pieces to be carried, which can slightly alter how the unit is built. We raise any access issue at the survey.
Hillside
Villas set above Albir and around Alfaz del Pi tend to have larger bedrooms and more levels. Walk-in dressing rooms, full-wall units and storage built into the landing are all realistic. The decision is usually how much floor you are willing to give up to storage.
A dressing room can transform a main bedroom, but it needs thought. Light, air and a sensible route to the bathroom matter, and a poorly placed door can ruin the layout. We draw alternatives so you can compare them before any work begins.
We can also coordinate a larger bedroom refresh, bringing in tilers, painters and electricians from our own teams. A wardrobe that is part of a planned renovation tends to look far better than one added to an already finished room.
How it works
Our visit is about measuring, and also about asking how the house is used: who lives there, who visits and which rooms see the most traffic. That tells us where to put the effort and where to keep things simple.
A free written quotation follows, listing each room. Once approved, the units are made and fitted to suit your calendar and any rental bookings. Photographs and short videos let owners who are away check progress and sign off the result.
