Fitted Wardrobes Polop
Older houses in the village are full of recesses, deep window seats and thick walls that were never meant to hold modern clothes. That makes built-in storage unusually satisfying, and unusually dependent on a careful survey.
Walk the streets of the village and you see houses that have grown by additions. A bedroom may have a step down into it, a chimney breast on one side and a deep niche where a door once led. All these quirks can become storage, if the depth and condition of each are properly checked.
Thick walls do some of the work for us. A recess cut into masonry can hold a rail and shelves without taking floor space, but only if the wall is dry and the structure sound. Whether a niche can be opened or deepened is something we confirm during the visit and never assume.
We have been renovating houses in this part of the country since 1999. Our carpenters personally measure, build and fit every Polop job, and you receive a written quotation at no cost, including the guarantee terms. Both English and Spanish are spoken on site.
