Being inland, winters can feel cooler than on the coast, so heating and draught-proofing earn their place alongside air conditioning.
Scale

How it works
We come and see the house, discuss your plans and write up a quotation, which is free. The scope is set out clearly. We also say at this stage if something in the house needs attention before the main work starts, such as damp, drainage or a roof problem, so the quotation reflects the real job.
A single manager looks after the trades. English and Spanish are spoken, owners abroad receive updates by phone and photographs, and the work is guaranteed.
