Benissa has old town houses, rural fincas and villas on the coast. Each needs a different answer, from high ceilings and stone walls to large outbuildings.
Fincas around Benissa are often big, with stone walls, high ceilings and rooms that spread across a single level or several buildings. Cooling a large room with a high ceiling is not the same as cooling a small flat, and the equipment has to match.
In the old town, houses are more compact but share the challenges of older construction, while villas near the coast bring salt air and sunny terraces. One town, three quite different jobs.

Fincas
A big living room with a high ceiling holds a lot of air, and stone walls take time to warm and cool. We may suggest a larger or ducted system for the main space, with smaller units for bedrooms. We discuss the options against how you use the rooms.
Many fincas have outbuildings, guest rooms or a converted barn. These can be given their own units so that they can be cooled only when occupied, rather than cooling the whole property.
Rural properties can have limits on the power supply, and distances between buildings may be long. We check the electrics and the cable routes early so there are no surprises.
Old town houses
Townhouses in the older part of Benissa are typically narrow, with thick walls and rooms on several floors. Space for an outdoor unit may be limited to a rear terrace, a roof or a small patio.
A multi-split can serve several floors from one outdoor unit, which keeps the exterior simple. Pipework needs careful routing to avoid original features and to keep the finish neat.
As with any older building, check any rules that apply to external changes before work begins.
Coastal villas
Coastal villas are exposed to sun and salt. The outdoor unit is best placed out of direct spray, fixed solidly and made easy to reach for cleaning.
Holiday owners can combine this with wifi controls and an annual service before the main summer visit, so the house is ready when they arrive.
Where a villa is used through the winter, a reverse-cycle system adds warmth for cool evenings without much fuss.

Because the properties vary so much, the first step is always to see or understand the building: its size, construction, ceiling heights and electrical supply. The quotation, which is free, then sets out the system, the units and the price.
We agree dates, carry out the work, test the system and explain how it operates. On larger properties we may phase the work. The work is guaranteed, with the scope set out in the quotation.

Yes, but the unit must be sized for the volume of the room, and placement matters. We take ceiling height into account.
Yes. We plan the pipework and outdoor unit position around the building, and check any rules that apply to the exterior.
