Microcement Benissa
Benissa's mix of fincas, tall town houses and coastal villas means no two microcement jobs begin from the same place. We start by identifying the building, then decide which finish makes sense and where it should stop.
A finca in the countryside has big rooms, thick stone walls and often a kitchen designed for a family that cooked together. A tall town house has narrow floors joined by stairs. A coastal villa is newer, lighter and built on a modern slab.
Microcement behaves differently in each. In the finca, it can modernise a large kitchen floor while the stone stays as a feature. In the town house, it can lighten a dark staircase. In the villa, it creates seamless bathrooms facing the sea.
We therefore avoid a standard package. Before quoting, we establish what the walls and floors are made of, what moisture they carry and how the family lives in them. Then we advise which parts suit a coating and which parts are better left alone.
