Holiday Home Refurbishment Benissa
Benissa offers three very different kinds of holiday home: fincas in the countryside, tall houses in the old town and villas near the coast. Each needs its own approach, and the first task is working out which kind you own.
A finca is a country property, often set among fields or terraces, with thick walls, a large plot and outbuildings. Refurbishing one means thinking about the land around the house as much as the rooms inside, and about services that may not be the same as in town.
Inside the old town, houses are tall, narrow and joined to their neighbours. Space is tight, access is by lane and everything comes through the front door. The work is delicate, with period features worth keeping and walls that carry plenty of history.
Closer to the sea, villas follow the pattern seen along the coast: terraces, big windows and cooling. We cover all three, work from a written quotation and look after the trades ourselves so that you can manage a distant home with confidence.
