Windows & Doors Villajoyosa
Brightly coloured seafront houses, narrow old-town streets and villas on inland urbanisations all ask different things of a frame. We measure, supply and fit windows and doors for each, and the quotation is free.
Villajoyosa is a working Spanish town all year round, and its homes reflect that. Along the seafront the tall, colourful houses stand shoulder to shoulder, while behind them the old streets run uphill in tight lines. Windows here are often tall, shuttered and set in thick walls, so a standard off-the-shelf size rarely fits without adjustment.
That is why we measure every opening ourselves. An old-town window may be slightly out of square, an arched head may need a made-to-measure frame, and a balcony door may sit in a wall that has been repainted many times. Getting the survey right is what makes the finished frame close tightly and look as though it always belonged there.
Further out, apartments close to the sea and villas on the inland urbanisations make up the rest of the housing. Their needs are simpler but no less real: sealed glazing against traffic and sun, secure doors, and shutters that work smoothly. Dragon Reforms has worked in this part of the Marina Baixa since 1999.
