Benidorm is a town of apartments, and apartment work has its own rhythm: smaller rooms, shared buildings and owners who are often not there. Our painting and plastering is organised around that.
Most homes in Benidorm are flats in tall blocks, with a smaller number of town houses and older properties in and around the old town. That means plastering and painting here is mostly interior work: walls and ceilings in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms, plus the corridors and entrance halls inside the flat.
Interior walls in apartments take a lot of use. Rental guests knock furniture against them, sun streams through balcony doors, and humidity from cooking and showers marks ceilings. The result is a home that looks tired well before it is structurally in need of anything.

Flats and ceilings
Ceilings are where apartment problems often show first. Kitchen and bathroom ceilings pick up steam and grease, and any leak from the flat above leaves a mark. We repair the damaged plaster, seal stained areas so they do not bleed through, and repaint so the whole ceiling looks even.
Walls fare differently. The areas behind doors, along corridors and around light switches get scuffed and chipped. Small repairs can be neatly blended in, but when most of a room is affected, a skim coat followed by a fresh repaint will give a far better result than repeated touching-up.
If a ceiling stain keeps returning, the cause may be a leak or condensation that needs resolving before any redecorating. We will tell you what we see and suggest the sensible next step.
Holiday lets
A flat in Benidorm that is let to guests needs to look clean and bright, and the quickest way to do that is a coordinated repaint with the damaged plaster fixed first. We can plan the job for a quiet period in your calendar, work through the rooms in a logical order, and leave the flat ready for the next arrivals.
Durable paint finishes help in rental properties, where marks are inevitable. We can recommend wipeable finishes for high-traffic areas and kitchens, and keep the colour scheme neutral and easy to touch up later.
Owners who are abroad can agree the scope by message and photographs. We share progress pictures and arrange keys in whatever way suits you.
Older properties
Away from the tall blocks, older houses around the old town have thicker walls, uneven surfaces and a different set of needs. Plaster may have been applied in several generations and behave inconsistently, so we look at what is there before deciding whether to repair, skim or replaster.
Where walls are thick and old, we choose finishes that allow moisture to pass through rather than sealing it in. If damp is present, we recommend dealing with that first, and our damp proofing service can look at the source.
Exterior work on a block or shared building usually involves the community of owners, so it is worth checking what is permitted and agreed before planning facade painting or rendering.
How it works
You tell us about the flat or house, ideally with photos, and we arrange a visit to look at the surfaces. We then send a written quotation that sets out the rooms, the preparation, the plastering and painting, and the materials. The quotation is free.
Once agreed, we plan the start date around your availability or your next booking, protect the floors and furniture, and work room by room. We tidy up as we go, and the work is guaranteed, with the scope set out in the quotation.

Yes. We protect common areas where we pass through and keep noise and dust under control. It is worth telling the community administrator the dates of the work.
We can repair and repaint the ceiling, but the leak itself must be fixed first or the stain will return. We will tell you if we think the cause is still active.
