Tiling & Flooring Benidorm
A new floor in a Benidorm flat is a job done inside a shared building. Lifts, stairwells, neighbours below and community habits all shape how the work is planned, long before the first tile is laid.
Most of the homes we tile in Benidorm are apartments in tall blocks, from seafront towers to quieter flats in the streets behind. A floor here is rarely just a surface choice. It sits above somebody's ceiling, it has to arrive and leave through a lift or a stairwell, and the debris has to go somewhere.
That is why the first conversation is about logistics as much as looks. We ask which floor you are on, how big the lift is, whether the block restricts working hours, and whether the community office needs to be told. Taking up old tiles is noisy, so we agree timing that keeps neighbours onside.
Once that is settled, the work itself is familiar: lifting worn or dated tiles, checking the base, levelling, laying porcelain or another floor, finishing the skirting and sealing the joints. Our own team does the tiling, and the same project manager keeps painting, plumbing and electrics in the right order.
