Many Albir owners live in other parts of Europe. You may not be able to attend a site meeting, and that is fine. We send photographs at each stage, hold video calls when a decision is needed and summarise what was agreed in writing.

How it works
Contact us with a few photos and a description of the property. We then visit, or speak on video if you are away, and prepare a written quotation setting out what is included. You can compare alternatives before choosing a scope.
The programme runs in building order and ends with a walk-round of the finished property. We stand behind our work with a guarantee whose extent is stated in the quotation. Both Spanish and English are used throughout the project, on site and on the phone.
